MR gradient echo signal and contrast calculator

The gradient echo signal and contrast calculator  or app allows you to examine the relationships between tissue T1 and T2 (T2*) and scanner parameters: TR, TE and flip angle. It also allows you to estimate the effect of field inhomogeneity on the signals. It calculates the Ernst angle for each tissue.
